ARBO Systems SA has put great efforts in builing into its dosing control solution a remote diagnostic feature that is cost saving, simple to set up and that doesn't set special requirements for IT infrastructure.
All the material needed to set up a remote diagnostic connection between the installed ARBO Systems control equipment and our Remote Customer Service Support Team is already included in the supplied equipment documentation.
Customer is asked to provide only the local internet access at the location where the controls are installed. For multicomponent dosing solutions provided with an ARBO Systems Plant Processor this access may be a simple ethernet connection. For single controls a notebook is required to act as relay point.
The remote diagnostic connection should be preferably of wired type, but also wireless Ethernet LAN type g/n and 3G modems are perfectably suitable to establish a good intercontinental connection.
